We’re proud to serve espresso from Creature Coffee, one of Austin’s finest roasters — smooth, bold, and always on point. You’ll also find favorites from Armadillo and Flora Coffee, bringing their own unique flavor profiles to the mix. Beyond that, we keep things fresh with a rotating lineup of fun, flavorful beans from other incredible roasters across the Greater Austin and Central Texas area. It’s our way of supporting the local coffee community and giving you a new favorite cup (or three) to fall for.

At Neon Belly, we believe coffee tastes better with good company. We believe in laughs that get a little too loud and pastries that don’t make it home because they’re gone before you hit the door. We believe in strong espresso, soft bread, and a vibe that makes you want to stay a while. Sure, we love what’s in the cup,  but what really matters is who you share it with. If you know, you know.

Our bakery case is a rotating playground of flavor — always fresh, always a little bit surprising. You’ll find melt-in-your-mouth cookies that strike the perfect balance between nostalgic and elevated, plus mini sourdough options that lean savory, sweet, or somewhere in between.
